Five-year-old Tessa stays by her mother Evelyn's side after a car crash, trapped in a sealed underground parking garage. She calls her father Adrian and brother Aiden for help, but both believe Vanessa's lies and choose Chloe instead—repeatedly. Tessa is locked in a refrigerated flower cart, has her emergency watch thrown into water, and is even handed over to the very people who hurt her. Desperate to wake her mother, she accepts a three-year contract: leave her world, help a child in need, and return only after Evelyn wakes up. When the contract ends, Evelyn regains consciousness. But Tessa is no longer the child who begged for five minutes of her father's time. She has found Lucas—a father who believes her the first time she speaks, who stays by her bedside, and who asks what she wants instead of deciding for her. Adrian and Aiden finally see the security footage and hear the voice recordings. They build a children's SOS center, walk the four-minute route they once refused, and kneel before Tessa's new home. But Tessa returns her old family name and signs her new one—Tessa Knight. When another child's call for help comes from an underground garage, this time, her father is already on his way before the child stops crying.
