Content language is the request sent to a provider
The language selector affects which catalogue or version Dramellow requests. A provider may support the language for browsing but have fewer translated series, or may return a fallback for a particular title. Provider labels can also be imperfect. The episode itself and its available track menus are the useful final checks.
Audio is the spoken soundtrack
If the player detects several audio tracks, an Audio menu lets you choose between them. When it detects only one, that extra selector does not appear. An English synopsis or an Arabic title does not prove that a dubbed soundtrack exists, and selecting another site language cannot generate a new dub.
Subtitles can be selectable or part of the image
Selectable captions appear in the Subtitles menu and can be turned off or changed. Auto prefers a track matching your language selection. Text embedded in the image behaves differently: it remains part of the video even when selectable subtitles are off. A video may also have no separate caption tracks.
What to check before settling into a series
Start an episode, look for the required subtitle option, and check any Audio menu separately. Repeat the check if the next episode behaves differently.
