Clara opens her eyes inside her coffin, her soul hovering above, watching her own death clearly. She thinks she's the most pitiful ghost—until the so-called brutal Northern Wolf King, Ethan, bursts into the funeral hall, drinks poisoned wine, and collapses beside her coffin. The man she once saw as a demon is the only one willing to die for her. Moonlight falls, and she's reborn... On the academy boulevard, her ex-fiancé—the one who humiliated her in public—is waiting for her to come crawling back. This time, she crushes the red rose in her hand, turns, and throws herself into Ethan's arms. Chains, captivity, obsessive possessiveness—she's not afraid of any of it. The only question is: will that scarred, wounded tyrant actually trust her? The silver trap at Blackflame Mine is set, and her fake family is sharpening their knives in the shadows. But Clara knows the real danger is the primal bloodline awakening inside her. The butterfly effect of her rebirth has only just begun. Explore more series in Playing Dumb, Fantasy & Rebirth.
