Former Federation elite Locke is framed by his colleague Lucien and exiled to the Red Zone, a deadly wasteland where he awakens dual powers over sand and lightning. As he leads the survivors in reclaiming the wasteland, he secretly gathers evidence of Lucien’s illegal human experiments and his collusion with the Federation’s upper ranks. In the end, Locke leads his forces to crush the Federation’s enhanced army, exposes the Ten’s scheme to prolong their lives, and brings an end to the oppressive class system—giving the people of both the Red and Green Zones a new era of peace and equality.
