Shadow's Vow

Top shadow agent Kane retires to a port town to raise his daughter Lia and runs a bar for a quiet life. Rich heir Troy harasses, kidnaps and abuses Lia. Enraged, Kane strikes at the Voss family for revenge, unearthing a plot by cross-border crime syndicate Cartel. With his daughter abducted and poisoned, Kane comes out of hiding, teaming up with his former protégé, four-star General Blair, to raid the border stronghold, vowing to rescue Lia and wipe out the evil.
