Evan Sawyer wakes up as an apprentice in otherworld's pharmacy, only to face wild rumors: "They operate without anesthesia!" "That shady shop diagnoses healthy people as sick!" Evan insists he's an ethical doctor. With chainsaw in hand, he tells the patient strapped to the table, "Hold still. I'm removing your appendix."
